Referrals

Dr Brenda Biggs accepts referrals for Antenatal Care for ladies who plan to deliver at the Mater Mothers’ Private Hospital, as well as referrals for continuing management of ladies with previously inserted Mirena devices. (Please note that Dr Biggs does not accept referrals for new gynaecology issues.)

A written referral including relevant pathology and scan results can be given to the patient to bring to the First Visit appointment and / or faxed to the rooms (3010 3338).

A patient who has been referred must ring Reception (3010 3344) during business hours (8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday) to make an appointment for a First Visit appointment. A referral to Dr Biggs is not confirmed until a patient has received an appointment time.
